The Morning After the Night Before

Woke up with my usual feeling of emptiness this morning. I call sleeping, “Vietnam Dreams.” Combat never goes away and one has to learn to live with it without giving into it. It takes a couple of hours to find equilibrium after seeing scenes enacted over and over. I guess yesterday’s assassination triggered it as the feeling of Charlie Kirk’s death affected me quite a bit.

So, let’s change course and move on because what is done is done and there’s no changing it. Let’s speak of life and the joy we should all be having due to the fact that we know that eternity can be ours if we see things correctly. Seeing things correctly kind of discounts politics, if you make my meaning.

Do you even have a conception of who and what God is? The same as pertains to Jesus. I do and you should to because it is this unseen pair of spiritual entities that make all the we know possible for us. It is to these that we owe our allegiance. It isn’t some political party or politician it is to those we can’t see but we can see this creation we live our short lives in. Oh yeah, that’s right, this is all a “Big Bang” result. Really? Then how come a more massive explosion than any we can understand didn’t cause utter chaos among the planets? That is what explosions do you know. They create chaos among what used to be stable. Nah, “Big Bang” is a popcorn dream. An easy answer to a question science can’t calibrate or diagnose. Kind of a stupid theory to boot.

I read the bible and have since age twelve. I don’t go to any particular church or other as the bible is what I rely on to maintain my sanity and allow me pause before I react to this lousy world we live in. It was created to be a beautiful, peaceful world but those long ago decided they knew as much as God and were summarily dismissed from paradise. You may have heard of them? They did actually exist and they are the ones who took from us a perfect world through sin.

I am going to stop right here and allow you time to think. Or, if interested, read Genesis Chapter One. If you don’t believe what you read read on. Eventually, you will begin to open your mind to a reality long denied and all that is occurring in these times will begin to make sense. Believe me, I know of what I write or I wouldn’t write it.
